A subject I enjoy studying this semester is international journalism with the teacher Victor Herrero an independent journalist, he wrote two books and I deeply admire. In this course we develope to writing skills, knowledge and analysis to cover current affairs international. So we have test about what happens in the world every week, we watch movies about political and humanitary conflicts, and make reportage, this is my favorite part! The last reportage we made was about the femenist movements in the world and I had to interview womens of diferent countrys, for me this was a great experience because I could see a very diferent reality. The main contents that I have seen were about the great contemporary issues in the West, the new powers in the world, global warming and the last elections in Latin America, so I learnt the current international conflicts. https://ciperchile.cl/ is a website belonging to the ''Journalistic Research Center'', a non-profit foundation that promotes investigative journalism in Chile and is maintained by voluntary donations. It is formed by a team of journalists and professionals who write columns and reports on topics of national relevance. It is divided into five sections, research, current affairs, debate, transparency (which shows the requests for information access they have requested from the authorities), and radar (foreign news recommendations). In addition, it has a file with the works made by its journalists, you can search by subject, author or find some specials that have been mediated by providing important information for the community. Well, my blog experience has been very useful and at the same time it has been entertaining. What I liked the most was that I always wrote about things that I knew very well, things that interest me like the cinema and also about my aspirations and what I learned in this way to become a journalist. Also, I knew the pleasures and experiences of my colleagues and although I don`t speak with some of them I realized that we have a lot in common, this made me feel very comfortable in the class. Then, as for writing, I feel that it was too much for me to exercise every week, I learned new words, to be more fluent and above all to think my ideas in English while being creative. In the future of this class I would like to include more teamwork, the class is long but with team activities I think it would be less exhausting. Well, choose a hobby is very difficult because I consider that there are many things that I like to do often like riding a bike, reading, shopping or dancing. But in this case I choose see movies, It's something that I raelly love and amused. I see movies in a different places like in my bedroom, in the living, in the university, in a cinema. This last place is my favorite,  I feel that I connect with the movie and that nothing else matters, I like that it has a giant screen, reclining seats and hopefully a package of popcorn.  I started from very small to watch movies with my dad and my sister, they bought some and we saw them together, it is a part of my childhood that I like a lot. This is a question a lot less complicated because I love the music of the english alternative rock group The Smiths. I heard a song in a movie and from that time I couldn´t get it out of my head, so I search the song and I loved other songs too. When I heard the song ''There is a light that never goes out'', I felt a sensation of freedom, desire wanting to go dancing or just to go out somewhere far from everything, every time I hear it I feel the same.  The Smiths is a group that I like because they have songs about love, lack of love, anger, sadness, existential conflicts, etc. They are versatile and have great instrumental sounds. Johnny Marr plays wonderful riffs and the lyrics he composes with the eccentric vocalist Morrissey, make me love all the albums of the group. Well, this photo was taken seventeen years ago approximately in Isla Negra, south of the quisco in the Valparaiso region. Also in this place the house of the poet Pablo Neruda is located, and  in those times in the work of my mom, a big pharmaceutical company, they made a tour for the families of the workers, so with my family we were in a park with games and very beautiful landscape full of flowers, so my mom taken me this photo when I play with a  yellow daisies. I was very young and I was really enjoyed playing with other kids, this landscape was something new for me, the sea, the museum and those amount of flowers. For this reason is my favorite picture, is a memory of my childhood, Although I go out alone, it reminds me of those trips with my parents and my older sister, she and I were always together but now we have grown. This picture brings me a freedom sensation.
